Chau Tao Fu

At approximately 10.30pm, me and Brinda went temaning Lay Koon for dinner. As we walked out of the house, I got this brief scent of Chau Tao Fu (Smelly Tou Fu) and the words, "Eh, I think got Chao Tao Fu la" just came out of my mouth. As soon as these words left my mouth, Brinda immediately said, "why Ting Wei, why??" And Lay Koon went, "you sure ar? Can we go see see?? I want eat!! I long time didn't eat already u know?" And so we went. To my gratest surprise and to Brinda's greatest disappointment, the uncle was really there selling Chau Tao FU!!! lol!!!
You should see the look on Lay Koon's face, it was like Christmas had came early. lol.. And at the direct opposite, u should look at Brinda's face.. lol.. and then Brinda made this comment, "Ting Wei ar, sometimes your nose is really.. "

Smelly Tou fu!!! Eeeeewwwww!!!! >.<
Omg, I'm telling you, for what is worth, I really never thought my nose was that sensitive!! I really thought it was just my imagination!! lol.. This is really something I find highly amusing!! lol.. From now on, I should love my nose more.. lol.. *Muacks nose* haha.. This incident made my day..lol

The Skirt Story

On Saturday, I semangatly went morning market with my mother in hopes of getting some nice new shirts. As we were looking through the many choices of "beautiful" cloths, we came across one store that sold formal skirts. After choosing for awhile, i decided to buy the bellow skirt.

Sadly they got no M size, only either S or L. I took the S, paid and went back to try out the skirt only to find that when I wanted to pull the zip up, it broke. -.- don't misunderstand k? the stupid zip broke into half.. so terrible quality!!! ish.. anyway, the market aunty said i could change the skirt if i S was too small. So on Sunday, I went to the market and changed it into an M size. Haha..

I actually feel very bad I kinda sorta cheated the woman. >.<>.<>.<

Haha.. anyway, I just thought I'd share this incident with you guys.. haha

Malaysia For Unity!!!

Hey, heard of this song called Here In My Home? Its sung by Malaysian Artist for unity in Malaysia. Sometimes, we should just stop and think how much we have contribute to the society to make this country a better place. The number of times we argued about racism, the number of times we argued about injustice and yet, we never make any efforts like these artist to make Malaysia feel the need and sense of unity. All most of us ever did, was end up in ISA. XD

The history of how this song came about is as follow:

Pete telephoned a few friends. “how about getting together to make an anti-racism national unity song and music video?” all said yes without hesitation. not because Pete threatened them with a sharp and rusty knife. but only because they love Malaysia.

The contingent swelled to 52 people a few days later. it included filmmakers, dancers, singers, producers, musicians, actors, entrepreneurs, designers, footballers, activists, celebrities, students and a florist. nobody would be paid. yet they were enthused. not because they were high on speed. only because they love Malaysia.

They gathered to record the song. it had a catchy chorus and was able to induce a mass sing-along. everyone was happy when it was done. they named it ‘Here in My Home’. then more people joined. the party now included more than 120 people. but the budget remained exactly zero. it seems even the spreadsheet loves Malaysia.

Everyone turned up for the video shoot. much fun was had and friendships made. video editors went to work after the shoot was done. both the recording and the video would be given away for free. a gift to the nation. from those who love malaysia to those who feel the same.
did you ask what this is all about?
it’s about love.

I got those from a website.. heh.. Anyway, here's the website. go check it out!! ----> MalaysiaForUnity

Btw, for those of you that turned my songs to silent, please turn it back on. I placed the song there so you guys can listen to it. Go download or check out the video. Its good..haha.. trust me.. Malaysian singers aren't that bad. And its quite a nice video clip. ^^

The Apostles' Creed

We believe in one God the Father, the Almighty, creator of heaven and earth, and of all that is, seen and unseen.
We believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ, the only Son of God, eternally begotten of the Father, God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God, begotten, not made, of one being with the Father. Through him all things were made. For us and for our salvation he came down from heaven; by the power of the Holy Spirit he was born of the Virgin Mary, and became man. For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate; he suffered, died and was buried. On the third day he rose again in fulfillment the Scriptures; he ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead, and his kingdom will have no end.
We believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life, who proceeds from the Father. With the Father and the Son he is worshipped and glorified. He has spoken through the Prophets.
We believe in one, holy, catholic, and apostolic Church. We acknowledge one baptism for the forgiveness of sins. We look for the resurrection of the dead, and the life of the world to come. Amen

God, I believe in you.
